Rheumatoid Arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that has systemic effects, such as Dry Eye, beyond the commonly known inflammation that causes pain, swelling, stiffness, and loss of function in the joints.

Early detection of Dry Eye in patients with rheumatoid arthritis is important to managing the disease.
