Oral Antihistamines

Oral antihistamines can help to alleviate Dry Eye symptoms, but they can also exacerbate Dry Eye. If you take oral antihistamines to control ocular, or other, allergies, it is best to take the lowest dose possible to prevent reducing lacrimal gland secretions and exacerbating Dry Eye symptoms.
