Dry Eye Community: I Still Need Your Help With The Study

Hello everyone, it’s Natalia Warren. Many of you know me as the chair of the Not A Dry Eye Foundation, and from the book I co-authored, Your Dry Eye Mystery Solved: Reversing Meibomian Gland Dysfunction, Restoring Hope.  Like you, I’ve lived the Dry Eye journey — every frustration, every doctor appointment, every excruciatingly painful moment.

What This Study Is About

I’m reaching out because I still need your help with my PhD research at the University of Central Florida on whether Dry Eye patients feel they can trust their doctors and how patients use social media to support their care. So far, 138 people have shared their experiences, and I’m incredibly grateful for each response.

But to understand what’s really happening — and to represent all of us — I need many more of you to take the survey. Without you, the study can’t fully reflect the reality dry eye patients live every day.

There’s Still Time to Participate

I had planned to close the survey last month, but there’s still time to participate. If you respond, I’ll share the results with you so you can see how your experience compares with others.

I’m doing this research because I want to help people like me — and like you — in the best way I know how. Please consider taking the survey, and feel free to share this post with other Dry Eye sufferers. The more voices we gather, the stronger our message becomes.
